RMTG offers an outdoor yoga class at Bartow-Pell, open to all but specially designed for actors and performers, with an emphasis on breath techniques, relaxation, and meditation in order to develop more focus, presence, and breath support onstage. The yoga poses are tailored to stretch and ground the body, and teach overused muscles to relax. This workshop is perfect for those with stage fright and audition anxiety! All participants should wear loose, comfortable clothing and bring a mat and water.
