November 1 - November 28 12:00 am

Red Monkey Theater Group and Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum present a series of original short plays by authors Jessica Carmona, Amy Frey, and Sharon Mosley. These new works will explore topics and themes that are as urgent today as they were during the 19th century when the current Bartow-Pell Mansion was built and inhabited.
Debuting in November 2021, February 2022, and April 2022, the plays will examine immigration, women’s suffrage and rights, and the Civil War and civil rights. Each will be presented as part of a one-hour program that will also include a guided tour of the historic Bartow-Pell Mansion and a post-performance discussion.
