Start your week by off right! Join certified Pilates instructor Gloria Russo as she guides the class through stretching and strengthening exercises that show how to engage your core and initiate every movement from it. Participants will learn about posture, body mechanics, and correct breathing techniques in order to gain spinal flexibility and deep core strength that will make you feel energized, elongated, and relaxed. Sessions held every Monday morning in October (except Columbus Day). Please bring a mat and dress comfortably.
