This trio of classes will help you develop an appreciation for our natural world, improve your gardening skills, increase biodiversity, and beautify your home landscape. Connecting to nature through gardening results in a number of health benefits including stress relief, lowering blood pressure, and improved psychological well-being.So, get out there and get your hands dirty!

This is the one day when it’s okay to put all your eggs in one basket! Children 2–12 hunt for eggs in our walled garden and have photos taken with the Easter Bunny. Please bring your own basket. Curated by Lycia Kougemitros, this exhibition showcases early medical tools used to extract health benefits and properties. Inspired by the natural beauty of Pelham Bay Park, the exhibit incorporates local history and early colonial settlers’ practices in the evolution of science and technology.
