BPMM is excited to be participating again in this annual city-wide event. OHNY Weekend unlocks the doors of New York’s most important buildings, offering an extraordinary opportunity to experience the city’s rich architectural heritage in all five boroughs.
Writer in Residence Amy Frey will work with students on what makes a successful dramatic adaptation, including text-to-scene writing, finding a voice, and character development. Students will have the opportunity to workshop their own dramatic adaptations, and receive feedback from the group.
Come celebrate Native American Heritage Month with a tree ID walk on the Bartow-Pell Mansion Museum grounds and learn about the significance of trees used in the everyday lives of indigenous people who lived on this land.
